Megan Petitt Worked With Small Business Owners in Managua as Part of Wake Forest University's Project Nicaragua

Megan Petitt from Orlando, FL, recently traveled to Nicaragua with 15 other graduate students from the Wake Forest University Schools of Business. The group visited local small businesses in Managua and surrounding cities and developed business seminars to address owners' concerns. They also did business training in cost analysis, cash flow recording and networking.

The team went as part of Project Nicaragua, a student-run Wake Forest organization that, since the fall of 2006, has sent students to work with small businesses in Nicaragua through consulting projects and business skills seminars.
